I only use professionally stretched, staple free canvases. If you would like gallery-wrapped canvas with a 1 3/4" depth, please add $8 for all sizes after and including 8 x 10. Gallery-wrapped has the canvas wrapped around, shows no staples & does not need to be framed.

If a painting is returned because it was unable to be delivered to the address you have provided, you will be required to pay to re-ship your item again.

I will contact you about the situation and if I don't hear back from you within 30 days I will assume you have abandoned the painting and it will become my property.

How long do you take to complete and ship your commission?
Approximately 4-6 weeks after I have received 1/2 of the payment and depending on the subject matter. I will let you know how my schedule looks before accepting the commission, that way you will know exactly how long it is going to take.

Why are the prices higher then your ebay prices?
This is because I am painting a painting just for YOU! Also, when I list online, the prices will go up, so even if my start price is a tad lower, it doesn't mean that the end price will be the same. I also do something special for all of my commissioned pieces. To ensure that you like the painting you are getting, I will do a digital version of your painting first. This allows you to see the work before it even gets onto the canvas and make changes! Since this obviously takes time, I have to factor this into the price of the piece. When do I pay the other 1/2 of what is due?
When you see a digital picture of the final painting.

Is there any kind of guarantee if I don’t like the painting once I receive it?
No. Once you approve the picture of the painting and send the remaining balance, you have agreed that you like it. BUT, I will only ship my paintings with insurance, so if there is a problem enroute it will be financially covered.

Can I get a deal if I order more than 1 painting?
Yep! Just ask!

How much is shipping?
I ship via USPS. Depending on the size of the painting it can range from $7 to $20. I can let you know how much the shipping will be when you decide on a size. The shipping costs include insurance, I will not ship without it!

Will you ship the item to the recipient (other than me)?
Yep, I will gift wrap any item and ship to whoever you like. I charge $5 for gift-wrap.
